procedure for getting a live in maid?

does any one know of someone who can work for me as live in maid without visa as iam in urgent need or else wat's the procedure for one with visa

If you have no visa,advertise in Qatar living in the jobs section. If you have a visa, you have to go through an agency . If you know someone who has a maid ask them if they have a friend who wants to come to Doha and send for them directly at your own expense without paying the high agency fees which are a stupid 11.500 Qatari riyals.
If you are bringing in a maid , you need a visa first!
