hmmmmmmmm....... if the child was born here in qatar go to the immigration bldg no. 2 get an application and from there go to the portacabins outside the immigration bldg to translate it to Arabic be sure u got all the documents such as birth certificate,and passport size picture of the child marriage contract and parents passports and 400 riyals for the visa.
