who can i find a live-in maid/nanny?

Hi everyone,
I really need a live-in nanny/maid. either she is here and her sponsors wants to transfer her sponsorship, or to get new vise for a maid from here own country.
If anyone of you can help me in this, by giving me nubmers of good agencies, or if anybody have one maid and want to transfer her visa just contact me...it will be very appreciated.
and also i need advises from your experiences about the best nationalities, the best ages, if it's better to have a married one or not (because i have 2years old daughter), to get one with previous experience or no, etc..
