all answers wrong its near to my house if u came from mutazah signals go strait before waqood petrol station theres one right turn take that turn then go strait & then on ur front u'll see one baldiya colony its inside that.just ask the security they will tell u the location (security guys sit inside that colony on the gate) that is abu hamour hospital. if dint understand call 5819936.but after 7:30 ok

Wrong wrong wrong. You guys are giving directions to the healthcentre for the permit/visa. But I assume this person is asking for the government heath centre to register for the health card.
I think you would go to the Omar bin Khattab healthcentre which is located on the street from Subway/petrol station to Vegetable market. You will see the health centre on the 2nd rdbt on your right.

take salwa road heading to industrial city

/-a-t-/the sale market R/A take left straight passing i think 3 R/A`s it will be located to the lift side

It's just opp. the Abu Hammoor Medical commision
From Mumtaza Junction go towards Abu Hammour when you reach the Medical commision which is on the other side of the road take a left then the 1st right go straight you will be behind those huge petrol storage tanks the clinic is to your right inside the Municipality staff housing compound
