Been there, done that. This stuff does not work unless you starve yourself. And it's damned expensive. Save your money and walk or run yourself slim.

I lost 20 kg. It is simple

Keep your diet under control eat as much as need and at regular intervals to keep you running don't keep yourself hungry for long hours (max 3hrs), big heavy meals will not work they don't keep you active.

trick is regular exercise after regular intervals (10 mins to 20 mins)

walking, jogging, running, dancing, stairs run anything you like

you will see the difference over some months not in weeks

I did it, ruined my health with it.
Now doing it with sport and healthy food ! It's much better!
Would never spend money again on stuff like Herbalife
