Mineral Content of Mineral Waters in Qatar

Hi Pals,

I just would like to ask which mineral water available in the Qatar market is good for the infants? I mean which of these mineral waters (safa, rayyan, manhal, nestle, al-ain...etc..) has the lowest sodium and fluoride content?

I am looking at a Rayyan 500ML MINERAL water bottle and its sodium mineral content is 9Mg/litre and flouride 0.70 mg/LITRE.I suggest you just take a stroll into any mall, and check the details on the labels of the different mineral water and you will be able to choose which has the lowest quantities of both minerals and which is suitable for your baby.
