Where can I get tested for chlamydia??

I was with someone a little less than a month ago while on vacation at home in the states and she told me today that she tested positive for chlamydia. I'm 19 years old and I have residency in Qatar and I'm wondering if I don't need a medical card or insurance for this because I'd prefer to go alone. Also, she said that there was no charge where she went in the states and I'm wondering if it's free here as well.
