Yes sure check wakrah Ezdan housing there is single bed accomodation around 3200 QR/Month.

You can get apartment or part of a villa for that amount.

yes, you can find a nice 2 BHK in Doha for 4000. outside Doha for 3000. There are many vacant flats in Najma, Doha Jadeed, Mugalina.....old air port areas, if you search seriouly you will get definitely. Rent in Doha is falling down.......

I have been searching for the past few days. you can find a 4000 riyal place of your own but it is more or less from studio - 1bedroom unfurnished. As the flat/unit itself gets better it gets further from the city. Places like wakrah, madinat abou hamour etc.

it depends on how will you be satisfied and how patient are you. I guess you can be lucky.
