Seeking background check information on 'Malabar Homes' reg. reputation,legal validity,scale of operations ?

Hello QL'ers,

I seek all opinions, experiences, information from QL'ers regarding the reputation of 'Malabar Homes' a sub-contractor real estate/ renting/ property management company as claimed. If all O.K I may then go ahead & sign a rental agreement for a 2 bedroom flat in a new building in Mansoura. As claimed, the Bldg. is built & owned by a Qatari family. Malabar Homes has taken all flats & in turn is renting them out. Please advice.

Be very cautious, I would not advise to get involved. I have personally had major issues with Wesal Services International relating to a lease with them. Malabar has the same person in charge. I do not intend to talk poorly of him as he seems like a decent man who is doing his best, however it appears that he cannot fullfill his obligations to building owners and tenants recently. This could have something to do with owing building owners a higher rent than can be obtained from tenants (now that the rental market has dropped significantly).

Guys

Please make sure you do not deal with Malabar Gold Jewellery or Malabar Homes or Wesal. They are one of the biggest fraud real estate I have ever seen and i personally is one of their victims. The entire residence of qatar is aware of their cheating but i do not know why the Law enforcement is not doing anything about it.

All thier contracts are illegal and worth nothing after you get cheated. There is a female called Suma in Malabar homes who will take control at the time of signing contracts and accepting cheques and money from you but the fact is that they are all frauds and worth nothing but a complete numeric zero. Also to add Raghu who is the brain behind cheating innocent people in that company.

Once you give them any cheques or money you fall in their trap and cannot get that back from them ever again. Their contracts are all lies and lies and the establishment is a almost coming to an end due to bad deabts.

Please do not proceed with any dealings especailly money dealings with this company or names mentioned above.
