whom complain for EZDAN parking issues not handled by the compound office staff?

We have moved to Ezdan some 3 months ago. We never find our parking space free.Some people always keep parking in our parking irrespective of hand written notice by security "NO PARKING" . Office managers say they cant do any more than just putting a handwritten notice every time.They would not even define parking space for all.
Whom do we approach? is there a higher authority who can help us live a happier living?Please ,please,please advice .

change accommodation from ezdan,other than collecting qatari id from visitor they are useless on every aspect.

further any maintenance related issue they will handle very carefully.today if you compliant it may next possible that next contract renewal time may be it could be listen.Sectarianism ratio is more & they follow the strictly Race (human_classification).just wait 2 hour near security gate of Ezdan 2 ( where i got good experience).

some of useless people make city life dull.

if you complain already & no better solution. Its time to find better compound that you feel comfortable and secure.

You are in which Ezdan, if it is Ezdan - 2 make sure you park your vehicle right behind his vehicle, then discuss with the person
