1 Which bank offers zero balance to savings account...?
2 what are the procedures to change my commercial bank account to any other bank...??
They are taking 25QR every month from my account...

Hello,
Please check with Doha Bank.
Minimum Deposit 1000 QR
The maintaining Balance 500 QR if less you will be charged 25 QR
The interest rate 0,25 % will credit to the account every 6 months
Free ATM card
Free Online Banking
Free SMS
You need to bring:-
Original ID
Original Passport
You can open it without transfer your salary
In case of salary transfer you have to bring your salary certificate address to Doha bank
