Could someone suggest me a bank other than QNB?

Could someone suggest me a bank other than QNB? I was told that I cannot get myself a credit card unless they block off a specific amount at a deposit account. This came as a surprise to me since my salary fully covers their eligibility criteria but their credit card policy has changed for researchers. The problem is that I cannot do anything with the simple QNB ATM (ACCOUNT SPEED) card they have given me (i.e. use it for internet banking,book flight tickets,use it abroad etc). I would appreciate your thoughts on the above matter.
