you can write on your name as long as you have a pen and a name.

No dear.. foreigner (Pakistani, indian, egyptian, etc etc etc) cant register any property in Qatar on his/her name. Property any foreigner must buy must be register under Qatari (Sponsor) name..
There are some places where if you buy property then you can register on your name for 99 years..

And avoid some stupid, jerks, dumb a** (boer & Shongao) answers..

only in Pearl Qatar any non Qatari can buy a flat which is 2 bedroom for 1.7 million riyals
That can be by your name
Dear back home with this much money you can have very luxeurios house.
