Personal loan interest rates in Qatar

Can anybody help me out to find the current interest rate in Qatar against personal loan? I've heard the rate has fallen down to 2.22%, is that true?

100% False it still remains 6 Percent

it always shocks me that most central banks have dropped their interest rates close to 1% but private banks, which borrow from central banks still charge a lot more for personal loans.
Having said that do let me know which bank offers the best interest rate
