What things should i take care of to open a restaurant

Dear All,

I am going to open a restaurant in Area of Al-Laqta, I am not an expert businessman, so, I would like to have your suggestions, about opening a restaurant. pls give me your precious advices, for what things I must take care of to open it.

1)Please see that the place , tabels , chairs etc are always kept very very clean. 2) See that the customer is attended immediately he sits in 3)Treat him to a glass of water as soon as he is in and take the order and also suggest him what he could have quick in case his food is to take longer time.4) Take customers suggestion and openions and do what ever is really feasable , take their e mail address and draop a mail to inform him that his suggestion is taken care
You must build a good customer base and inter act with customer closely if you want your business to survive in the compatative atmosphere.
