First Finance is the worst company you can deal with in Qatar.
Last time I tried to finance my car through them I wasted one complete month and at the end I couldn't complete the process.
There are always long lines of waiting people there.

Try AlJazeera they are more organized and at least will till you all the requirements at once.

Both have the same rates because that is governed by the Central Bank.

i've learned from my cousin's experience, AlJazeera Finance is better.

however, it still depends on personal experience.

First Finance has the worst customer service I have ever experience. From the time of submitting my application, I have been to the office 3 times because as they "promise" to call you the following day: it NEVER happens and its not like anything happens at the office either. As you walk in and meet the concerned person, they "announce: they will call you".
Phones are never answered and you can only speak to the agent your application was submitted to if in case the phone was answered.

I have requested for a quote with AL Jazeera. Waiting to see how fast their service is now.
