THERE IS SOLUTION WE GET FROM THE PHARMACY CALLED STOP NAIL BITE IT IS 20 QR THE PRICE AND AS U APPLY IT OVER THE NAILS U CAN NEVER THINK OF BITING UR NAILS AGAIN ALL THE BEST AFTER USING IT UR HABIT WILL VANISH BUT NEVER EAT FOOD AFTER APPLYING IT ALWAYS USE SPOON COS IF U WASH UR HANDS TILL TWO DAYS ALSO THE YAK FLAVOUR WILL NOT GO BUT U KEEP ON PAINTING UR NAILS EVERY 5 HRS Answered on Thu, 20/08/2009 - 3:48pm

Pluck or destroy all your nails from your fingures. When there will be no nail in any of your fingure than no bad habit will left. But im afraid in that case maybe you start biting your foots nail so do same with them(foot nails) also Answered on Thu, 20/08/2009 - 1:20pm
