Electricity name change: Need arabic form

Can you please tell me where i can download Arabic form for changing Kharama electricity and water name for my apt.

Do we need to submit the Agreement copy (from the House owner) to get the Electricity & Water to get registered in the Tenant name.

moi.gov.qa u can download all d forms u need from d website

Where exactly in MOI. if you know something then answer otherwise no need to confuse others.

u have go to electricity department nearest branch to u & collect form from there

You just go the Kharama office near u. They will give u the form in english, no need of arabic. Fill up the details like Id no, Elec. no, Water no, current readings etc. Submit the form with a copy of ur QID and QR 2000 as security deposit. I hv done it recently.

There is no such form on the moi website my friend.

You can only get it from Kahramaa Office.
