How I find a job for my brother, who is a DIVER ?

Please help me to find a job for my brother,who is a DIVER,also having PADI certification.

Let him build up a cv, mention that he had been performing duties required by companies such as going to the banks, collecting cheques from customers, can work under pressure ... and grap adds on the classified.

Diver?????it is very difficult to find this kind of job...why not upgrade the skills to underwater welding since he is diver????they are making so much money esp. weldings on pipelines, repair of ships....
