It's probably Souq Najada (The souq where they sell loads of mobile phones aka "mobile souq") Head towards QCB building from Corniche -> take the free right (now you are on Grand Hamad Avenue aka Bank Street) -> pass a 2 small signals and take the right and you drive into Souq Najada.
