The minimum salary required to get family visa.

I am an Engineer in Bahrain now. I would like to move to Qatar in next few months. I would like to bring my family with me. My question is what is the minimum salary required to get family visa. My wife is also an Engineer who would like to work in Qatar. Is there any minimum salary requirement if both are working?
I 'm confused that some says It's QR 10000/- to ger family visa while others say It's QR 7000/- . Friends please help me...

The minimum salary required to get family visa was QR 7000/- a while back, but now it is QR 10000/-.

if you want to bring your wife on a husband sponsor the minimum salary requirement is QR10,000. they will require u to submit 3 month bank statements showing that you have qr10,000 salary/month. if your salary is less than qr10,000 u can still bring your wife and kid here on a family visit visa.

the difference of the two; husband sponsor is a resident visa while the family visit visa is a temporary visa w/c is renewable up to six month..after 6 months, your wife and kid have to leave the country and after 3 months you can re-apply again..
