I only asked this same question on Friday - a gentleman told me that if you drive towards the Sofitel hotel, which apparently is near the traffic round-about at souk Waquif, with the dhow on it, and have the hotel on your left, then you should see the main Panasonic dealer on your right.

National showroom is the place where u will find Panasonic brands.

I think its name is nasser bin abdulla.. more prominent than that name they keep board of panasonic. i ve seen two of their outlets 1 as earlier mentioned near mercure grand (old sofitel) hotel, i think their main store and service center is also there. another showroom in Tv round-about.

Driving down from Jaidah over head bridge (Keeping Home center towards ur right side)... And crossing the signal straight down, you would find 'National Panasonic Company', they are the people you would be looking for if u got any problems with ur panasonic electronics.
