unfortunatly only good networking and chance get you a good job in this world most of the time, especialy in this region; nothing new here :-(

You don't need to change your hair or nationality. Even if you want to, you will not be able to. You need to have more faith in Allah, keep looking for a job and make youself special by obtaining a degree or a certificate in a certain field, or by receiving training in your area of work. Don't give up; keep your spirit up.

Good luck

Changing your hair colour or nationality will not get you a job but it could get you a higher salary though... confused? Don't worry bro... it will come through, sooner or later... no man stayed unemployed all his life... eventually something comes through for everyone, sometimes it just takes longer, thats all...

Wish you good luck. The problem is that there is no openness in selection process. Mediocrity breeds more mediocrity. especially in the Middle east.
