Well....if you are planning an escape; you don't need an exit permit only alot of guts.

But if you plan to leave like the rest of us, then you will need a exit permit.

No need to file Exit in your planning to escape in Qatar, just Look your both side and cross the border...

i feel, he has escaped from the company, if so, to go out of country u need an exit permit,go and surrender with police,they wl do the rest and also u may have to pay some penalty it may be fine or prison, so go to police immediately
