go to Qtel center and file a transfer application. you will pay QR100, i think.

dial 111 and no need to pay any thing...aply on telephone..once it is installed on ur home...charges will come in next month bill...these days it is free...good luck.

go to qtel alsaad branch (service is faster in that branch) and fill-out a transfer form. no need to pay anything. just make sure you know the electricity number and qtel number of your new house.
