Is there expiration of an NOC? Can I used it to different employeer?

Is there expiration of an NOC? Can I used it to different employeer?

I have given n NOC from my previos employeer,I used that NOC to my pressent employeer. My question do I need an NOC from my latest employeer if I want to transfer to other company? or Can I used the old NOC to find a new employeer?

I believe there is no expiration of NOC. It just shows that you do not have any liabilities with your previous employer.

NOC is intended to one new employer only as the name of the new company is written on it.. you cannot use it to another company once it is used...

you should request a new NOC from your current employer if you wish to transfer to another company....
