Lady driver for weekly rides?

Does anyone know the contact of a lady driver that I want to ride my wife and baby on a weekly basis? The lady driver should have her car as I will be using my car in the same time.

I want her to ride them from Dafna to Rumaila Hospital each Tuesday on 12:00 PM and rides them back at 1:00 PM. Price is negotiable. If she offers a reasonable price I will give her. What is her contact?
