Received job offer from Gulf National Oil Corporation. Offer is too great so I have doubth is it real.

Just received job offer from Gulf National Oil Corporation. Offer is fantastic, too great so I have doubth is it real. Only thing I have to do is to pay for my permit/Visa/paperwork and even this will be reimbursed within 3 days. Please advice
