Information on Saluki Hound Club in Qatar
Hi,
I come to know that here in Qatar people are owning the Arabian Saluki Hound. Could you please inform me whether is there any Saluki Hound Club is located in Qatar. And also let me know where the Saluki hound owners are meeting every week in order to train their Saluki's.

As far as I'm aware, the only organised saluki meets are arranged between friends who own salukis. There isn't a saluki club in Qatar. The training is done out in the desert and again isn't organised publically and is normally only local dog owners. There are a lot of expatriates that own salukis as well and some can be seen at the beaches in the mornings when being exercised. IF you want to see a saluki then QAWS has some at the boarding kennels we are currently using as a temporary shelter. Answered on Tue, 20/10/2009 - 9:36am
