Why not train both dogs at the same time? It shouldn't be a problem to have both dogs at the house as you will only be training your dog for a maximum of one hour per day and this should be split up into several periods of 10-20 minutes throughout the day. I have never known an owner with more then one dog have any problems with training. I have 9 in my house and I'm constantly working with one or the other. If you need your dog to concentrate, shut the other dog in the garden for 10 minutes or in the kitchen.

It would be better to train the dogs with as much familiarity around as possible. If you remove one dog for 3 months, re-introducing them could be a big problem and may set back all the training you did with your other dog.

Generally you can train the 5 basic obedience commands in 4-6 weeks if done properly so you certainly wouldn't need the husky gone for 3 months.

If you would like help with training, please call Lucielle on 521 5843.

:) luci is the trainer. She finished training sessions, he is ok, but i need to start daily practice, the problem is he is picking bad habbits from the other dog. maybe rehoming would be an option now.

Thx anyway

before you said you looking for people to host the dog for 3 month, then you want to rehome the dog, i hope you not going to dump the dog on the street like some people did.

offcourse not, i wouldnt do this, but since the option of temporary homing doesnt work, i thought of permenant rehoming. Anyway, dont worry i love my dogs so much, when it comes tot he real moment i wont do it, all i need is a proper training and practice for the GSD.

Don't worry Novi, Sam won't do that... he knows I will 'kill' him;-)

Sam, take Chelsea's advice.... until we can find him a good home, don't try to rehome him... rather start working with Hulk outside... away from the house, so husky doesn't see or hear:-)

Call me if you need anything.
