Anyone given Birth recently in a Private Hospital?

Hello

I have been looking thru previous posts on this topic but most are rather old.

I am pregnant with our first child, and would like pointers from ladies who have given birth privatley recently...

If anyone can give me some info it would be appreciated... also does anyone know of any classes for new mums? as I would like to be clued up a little before our little man arrives!...

I am looking hopefully just to have an Epidural.

there is al ahli hospital the best in doha untill know but try to find dr samira or rizvi they are the best and epidural it s depend if you want it or not but 80 percent of the women are complaining of headache and other thing due to epidural ....

Well, congratulation in advance. As suggested Al Ahli is a good hospital but expensive. Recently my wife gave birth to our third child and beside we had insurance covered at Al-Ahli Hospital after a lot of suggestions from our friends we decided to go to Hamad Hospital and we suggest you the same.

I just sent you a PM. . .but also remembered that there is an offer for antenatal classes here: http://www.qatarlivi... I have heard that she is very good, but do not know her personally. She is not the woman I mentioned who is part of Doha Expat Mums & Kids, though.
