Does anyone know the current rates for child birth at doha Clinic (uninsured)? Do you also know if there is anywhere in Qatar with 4D ultrasound scan..if so where and HOW MUCH is the scan??..thankyou

Hello,

I had my delivery last yr (un-insured) at DOHA CLINIC..
Please find the prices for c-section and Normal given to me in the year april 2008 as follows :

1. Normal Delivery Qrs. 6,700/-
2. C-Section Qrs. 11,800/-

Price inclusive of O.T charges, Doctors charges, Room rent (Including meal), Nursing charges, Consumables, medication, etc. etc.

I didn't go for 4D ULTRASOUND so can't help u in that..Call DOHA CLINIC or AL AHLI or HAMAD..

for 4d ultrasoun. there are dr. Isam Abdulqader at al-Naser street
dr. Samia Moosa, and about 6 others as I know untill now.

ultrasound at Doha hospital is very bad and the smell is worse. even if you were pregnant it will not show! the doctors and the recepitions are the worst in treating patient, even worse than some doctors at hamad hospital.

the doctors are not available if you want to deliver the baby at 1pm oclock. they will till you to wait untill the doctor come at 4pm oclock because all of them have a break at this time!
