What are the documents I should take to register my pregnancy for delivery in HMC?

Please advice me what are the documents I should take to register my pregnancy in HMC?
Anyone knows to which section in HMC I should go and by what timing?

Anyone having info, please share..

You need to carry Your QID, your Husbands QID and Marriage Certificate.

You can visit Women's Hospital opposit to Lulu Center basically anytime, but it advisable to be their between 7:00am to 3:00pm

meghna u should first register with ur local health centre & they will instruct u when & how to register with HMC for delivery...

1)Copy of Passport Or ID copy
2) Copy of Marraige certificate
3) Health card
