Find a new Building apartment look for the landlord talk to him that you want to lease the whole building

This is technically illegal. If you have the owner's written permission it will be fine but if not you could spend some time in a very nasty place.

Don't be a fool. If you have to ask the question on a public forum, do yourself a favor and don't do it. Re-renting is a risky game and you'll be lucky to find any owners willing to play. Oh...you're 'head of real estate'...evidently not a very good one!
