LOST my ATM card

yesterday i lost my ARAB bank ATM card , wht are the procedure i have to do . Any documents required to submit over ther ?

Even i dont know Customer care number ,

please tell further wht can i do ?

The time that took you to post here, could have been used to "google" for the bank info.

Contact your bank immediately...procedures may vary from bank to bank, but in general is:

* call the bank
* raise the issue of lost ATM card
* ask to block/cancel the card
* ask for issuance of new card/pin code

First go to the police (i.e. police station located in the area where you lost the card...not where you stay). File a complaint there giving your bank account number and QID.

Take the report from the police and go the bank and request cancellation of the lost card and replacement of the same. Fees are usually Qr. 100/- (not sure if it has increased).

It would make sense to first and foremost, go to the bank and withdraw all the money just to be on the safe side.

Hello,
dont worry about it
no body can use that reason password
call customer care and tell them to block atm card
they will ask you your id number and account number
after then you can apply for new atm card

Usually the banks used to send the ATM cards stuck in their ATMs to the respectve banks within one wek time, so first check with your bank (who issued the ATM card)if it is returned to them, if not just apply for a new card that's the easiets way (The chances are less as you lost it at ARAB BANK ATM, because I had the same bad experience with arab bank ATM at Markhiya Petrol station and when I called them they said it will be returned to my bank, but it did not happen even after three weeks and I applied for a new card).

Call your bank to blocked your ATM account, go personally to Bank's Costumer Service where you maintain the account, cancel and asked for replacement (of course with fees). It is as easy as that, nobody can use your ATM card. Just use your common sense no need to teach as if you are an idiot person.
