Is it not enough Embassy and external affairs attestation?

yes, It is mandatory that to get the engineer visa in UAE, the original graduation certificate is to be attested by HRD(Home country) and UAE Counsulate in home country. Original certificate for verification is also required for applying the engineer's visa. Answered on Thu, 12/11/2009 - 11:59am
