It depends on if the company will allow it. If so, you can work in the company being under your husbands' sponsorship.

For opening a bank account you need your ID/Passport as it acts as a form of ID. I don't see any harm in your company not being ur sponsor.

Might wanna wait for someone else to answer on this aswell..

opening a bank account is not at all a hassle. just need her id/passport copy. and the company she is being employed can use that account for transferring her salary as well. other than this, nothing to do with company unless she needs any loan. for that the bank need a letter from the company stating that her salary will be transferred to this account only.
