Canadian Early Childhood Teacher lives in Qatar

I am a Canadian Early Childhood Educator with 1 year experience. My husband is working in Qatar with the full family package (health insurance, housing, airplane tickets…etc)If I want to work in Qatar as a Preschool Teacher or a reception Teacher; How much should they pay me per month as I am in Qatar already and sponsored by my husband’s company?

contact elder tree nursery, one of the best nurseries here in qatar, they are requesting early childhood educator, i saw the advertisement in the newspaper. U can check with them the salary...

You can also try Hayat Universal Bilingual School (HUBS) near Villaggio Mall. In Grades 1, 2, 3, they are using the BC Canadian carriculum. They also have pre K, K and K-1 Call Mr. Denton at 341-9736

Pella, welcome to doha.

Actually your situation is "sponsored by husband" because if you were sponsored by the company you should be working with them. The company agreed that your husband could sponsor you here (just a clarification)

Teachers salary; well this is a new field for me; but for sure some information is available on the forum (did you try searchig for similar posts?).

Salary/benefits structure are more "school related" and there is no homogeneous record among the schools (but in the end it should be similar)

Try with the search results link I'm giving you to see if you can get an idea of the info you need to make a decision.

It all depends on the school and their budget!
Anywhere between 7 and 10 thousand per month.
