I am Audio Visual Design Engg.(Project Engg.)

I offered Salary of 8500QR p.m.all inclusive(includes accomdation+Transportation+medical) on Employement visa as a engineer with yearlt thro0fro air ticket.

by one of the group co. of Salam International called OMNIXPROMEDIA located in DOHA, QATAR .

I want to settle in Doha with family(me & wife)

I have few queries like,

is this salary is ok for my family to live in doha?

or how much should be min. salary for living in DOHA?

OR how much salary i can demand from employer?

and how much is rent of 1 room & kitchen in DOHA?

As a Engineer you package should be as follows for Qatar

Basic Salary = 15000 / Qrs
Accomodation Allowance = 8500 / Qrs
Car Allownace = 1500 / Qrs
Medical Allownaces = 3000 / Qrs
Kids School Fees = 2500 / Qrs

Total Amount = 30, 500 Qrs / per Month

Daily Accesories are available here at very high prices as well.Life is so expensive with family here.

Its depends upon your decision now.

you cannot survive in the current offered package 8500/ per month here in Qatar either you have all facilities from your company.

You should ask for at least QR12000 to 15000 per month, living in Qatar is expensive, accommodation is expensive (at least QR6000 for an apartment in a medium area, around QR 1200 for a car loan)

Omnix is expensive, they charge their clients hundreds of thousands to millions of riyals for your work.

Depends on ur way of living.

People r living here even by 5000 QR p/m

So it depends.

any way rent is little bit high..
