Who's new
For a Software engineer with 3 years exp - what is the expected package?
I'm a software professional with 3 years experience. A company has offered me 6500k per month + 5.5 K for family accomodation if company flat is not available and another 1.2k for car allowance, if am not availing that, i can use company car for to-fro from office-home !!
In addendum, company assures a minimum bonus of 6 months of the salary every year, which maxes out at 12 months pay based on performance.
Further, appraisal is done every year, which offers a pay revision of 1500 to 2000 rials at the minimum!!
I'm a bachelor with a master's degree - how good is the package?
Regarding the company, i have got a good feedback - jus about the package am on a count!!!

Thats good offer ,buz one of my friend having 10 years IT related experience and having good Degree as compere to u he did MS(Information Techenolgy)+MCSD and have a solid hand on JAVA,C#,Web Enabling Techenolgies and Databases as well . Answered on Sun, 16/11/2008 - 6:30pm
