How much should be a good salary for a senior management position in Qatar

Hello, My husband just got an offer in Qatar but I'm really not that excited, we're also expat in Dubai and what he got is almost the same (talking 50+ including benefits), we were expecting more.. is it worth it?
are offers usually negotiable after being sent to candidat?

Not worth the move for the same money. If they want you they will negotiate but only for very senior positions.

dear...Ihave spent more than 5 yrs in Dubai at mid management level and shifted to Qatar few months back. I tell you this place is around 15% more expensive compared to Dubai. Becareful before you take a final decision.
