Joint salary limit & Conditions to Sponcering to children to get residense visa

I have been working here since 2010, I am an Indian I have some doubts about getting residense visa,I am recently married,I am getting 8 K QAR and My wife got job here , Her salary is 7 K QAR, She is under different sponcer and not under my sponcer, At present we do not have children ,My question is whether we can sponcer to our children in future based on Joint salary or not (ME & My wife)? IF possible means tell me is there any conditions ? since Salary limit is 10 K for sponcering peramanent visa so we both are not eligible to sponcer a peramanent residence visa to our children,
