1.I have worked in a company for One years and six month How to calculate my Gratuity & leave Salary?
2.Starting from my last vacation if i Worked only five months can i take leave salary for this period?

You are eligible for minimum 21 days "basic" salary per year as gratuity .. which means for 18 months job you are eligible for 32.5 days basic salary as gratuity. If you are leaving the company, they should pay your annual vacation salary pro rata for 6 months. Answered on Sat, 12/01/2013 - 1:24am
