hi buddy, heard tat RS offers a better package than QP. anyway, d best way is 2 check with HR.

Thanks for you reply..
I have heard that a lot, but when perfom a search in QL I have found that QP is offering or better said, they are more likely to really value and to give the applicant their true value in terms of Code Grading.

I have seen that even RasGas offered a nice package, they tried always to offer on the lower salary band..

Have you got the same perception??
