What is the commonly asked in interviews?

Hey can any one help in letting me know whatz commonly asked in aptitude test by the companies in brief?

hi..commonly ask interview question...

= describe yourself.
= strength and weakness
= why they should hire u
= what do u know about the company
= how long u will work
= what kind of salary do u need
= what is you asset towards the company
= what motivates you

those are just few...
be prepared and on time

In APTITUDE tests I have done in the past, they ask a question with multiple 'right' answers to see what kind of person you are.
(Like 'If a customer asks x, y and z of you, how would you react? A,B,C or D?').
Sometimes you have to 'rate' the answer as which one is 'most like me' or 'least like me'.

'Pedianurse' is right about interview questions, but aptitude is getting to know how you think.
Tests I have done have been 100 questions, and some of the questions are sort of repeated, or re-phrased...so don't lie on them!

What the company does with the results (not that they show you) is plot all your answers on a chart/graph to determine what kind of person you are.

It's nothing to be scared of, you can only answer what you would do in a certain situation with the truth.

In interviews - they could ask you the most basic question.

Why are you here?

And don't say because you're fit for the job or you have good experience in the field, prepare a convincing answer - that should lead you on to any other questions after,
