Where do you suggest is the best oulet in Doha to purchase a mobile phone. Both in regards to selection and price.

I believe that with both factors to be considered, it has to be Carrefour - City Center or Villaggio. I suggest you get one from a market which offers warranty. If there is any promo or free accessories, it would be perfect! ;)

Besides going to City and Villaggio, if you want to bargain go to Souq Najada..near Souq Waqif. You can get all sorts of variety mobiles and stuff over there.
