Guys, be carefull buying anything online with ur debit/credit card. the best option is try and get internet purchase card so call (Virtual card) its available wz any leading banks in Doha. Takecare.

Negative, its not illegal. if its for personal use. But if it is for commercial use it will fall illegal. If iam not wrong.

Abdul Sathar is right. It is not illegal for personal use. But selling the vouchers are illegal. You can buy online using credit cards.
