You mean cheese?... Its usually melted cheese..... or oil if its a meat fondue, melted chocolate if using fruit....

but it's....it's melted cheese isn't it?
different types, with some additional flavourings....?melted in a pot...unless fondue in Qatar is different than at home :-s

There are other types of fondue(s?) Chocolate fondue as a dipping sauce for fruit,cake or other items. Liked by kids and adults alike..By the way, when are you having a fondue party?
