How do you get from a boat to an island?

Thinking of going on a dhow to Safliya island, but it just occurred to me that the dhow won't be able to get right up to the island because it's too shallow. So how do we get from the dhow to the island? And how do we get our barbecue stuff to the island from the boat?

Also, most importantly, how do we get our 2 month old baby from the boat to the island?

Powerboat
with every dhow they have powerboat which takes you from dhow to island by power boat.
for that they charge you extra.
