Yes, the roman catholic church is in Messaimeer area.
On the Abu Hamour road that takes you to Industrial Area. When coming from Doha, you need to take a left from the R/A (immediately after the Woqod gas station)

The are alot of churches her in Doha for Christians.

One Pharish Church for Catholics you can find in Abu Hammour Area near the Woo Cood Gas Station.
